Good Evening Scribes and Scholars! Welcome to another lore contest!
This week we have the first in a new contest series focusing on the larger than life characters of the Wrestling Organization Online! We've partnered with @wrestorgonline to bring three contests over the coming weeks to craft short stories or scenes for individual wrestler cards from the game. Expect to see a contest for a card from each of the card classes, Tag Team, Male, and Female wrestlers.
The idea here is to give some background and depth to these characters! You can write an origin story, perhaps a play by play of one of their matches, a piece about their training routine... Use some creativity and take it where you will!
The first round of this contest series will run for two weeks. We will post another wrestler to run for two weeks afterwards, and a third round following that. The winning pieces will be considered for inclusion in game lore with @wrestorgonline provided they bring these characters to life. Your pieces can be funny or serious, dark and gritty or a bit tongue in cheek, it's up to you(and perhaps the characters we are working with that week!)
I'll be posting the card, current stats, and any added artwork as part of the prompts and encourage participants to go and take a look at the WOO website to get a feel for the characters and some of their rivals and opponents!
This first round of the contest will be focused on The Hinterland Hunters, a tag team duo hailing from the Australian Outback.

Requirements for Entries:
Entries for the contest must be more than 300 words and less than 1500.
Entries must be focused on the Hinterland Hunters and bring them to life with a backstory and details.
Entries must be linked in the comments under this post!
The contest will end two weeks from today when the countdown timer attached to the post has run down.
Prizes:
Entries will have a chance to win a variety of prizes for their work!
First place entry will receive 1 WOO Saturn Pack, 1 WOO Alpha pack, 50 PIZZA, and 10 SCHOLAR tokens.
Second place entry will receive 1 WOO Saturn Pack, 1 WOO pack, 30 PIZZA, and 5 SCHOLAR tokens.
Third place entry will receive 20 PIZZA and 5 SCHOLAR tokens.
Remember successful entries will be considered for addition to official WOO game lore!
