Good morning to my fellow Hivians, it been a while here. I'm glad making my first post for over some months now.
Going back to local dish has been my goal after recovering from pile sickness known as hemorrhoid.
Now preparing my food 100% natural has improved my health and yields to my full body refreshment.
Today I prepared some yam porridge with no preservative content, I made sure everything comes from mother nature.
Using Ogili in place of Maggi, Okpeyi in place of thyme, scent leaves which has medicinal value to the health, red oil made by my mother, plucked some ugwu known as pumpkin from our garden with some well garnished bush meat.
Preparing my meal from 100% nature is my happiness.
