My journey has been smooth all the way to the peak of one mountain. There are multiple paths to the top. Some take you there in a matter of days, while some can take years. It all depends on how you tackle and what direction you decide to take a step forward.
There is no going back.
Only forward is the way. Even pausing is a move forward.
I have checked off another one off my #bucketlist.
Professor Royler Gracie, thank you for your insights into that all important choking mind games.
I did not expect a seminar on a regular plan to go for an hour class. The three hours went very quick. Having studied traditional Japanese ju jutsu I felt at peace and jelled with your concepts on effective self defense and variations on techniques on applying them to suit the need.
When asked what their favorite technique was when rolling.
The technique that gets you to tap.
You take what the opponent gives you. There is no forcing for a kind of submission. You should not have to fight too hard to submit someone. If it is blocked, then go around another angle and do a different technique until you get them to tap.
My philosophy. I was assured from your statement, I am heading in the right direction.
Lots of hard cunts here.
Then you have me.
As I was leaving some of the guys commented I should get a haircut or it was time to get one. I responded, get used to it getting bushier and bigger cos this one is staying for a while longer. I think Samsun only lost his strength from the lose of those luscious curls.
HAHAHHA yes I know a haircut will happen. One day.
So why is this a check to my bucket list. Well the simple answer is I have had input into my journey on another peak I am climbing and the path I have decided to take to reach the top. I was provided other nuggets, but that is for me to hold inside and to keep close to my journey.
If you ever get a chance to study under him I highly recommend it.
