Two things...
1. Token emissions
LUVshares initially minted 10,000 tokens. Roughly 7,000 were airdropped. The rest would be distributed via the LUVbot. We're nearing exhaustion of those tokens in the @luvshares account which distributes LUV. Since the LUVbot is now the main vehicle of sharing LUV and since it's the main vehicle of token emissions, more need to be minted.
Currently, there is no formal emission schedule for LUV. The "schedule" is to mint LUV as the @luvshares account grows low. And, therefore, to keep the LUVbot going. So, the 10,000 LUV circulating supply will likely soon be increased. How much? I'm thinking on that. But, certainly no more than another 10,000. Likely more than only 1,000.
2. LUV Appreciation Drop
This morning I was able to get @eturnerx's hepayer script going. It enables tokens to be given out to owners token holders (or, I think, to holders of another token).
As an appreciation to the LUV token holders who have joined and engaged with LUV, the plan is give out a "LUV Appreciation Drop", call it "LAD" for short.
- Accounts holding a minimum amount of LUV in their wallets will receive the LAD.
- Currently, the plan is to distribute a LAD more than merely a one-time-only gift. There is currently no formal schedule for LAD. LUV and LAD come when unexpected.
- Understand, the LAD is not a dividend or ROI of any kind, it is a free gift.

How much do I need in my wallet to get the LAD? - Currently, I'm thinking 50* LUV. (*subject to change at any time)
No guarantees - All of this is experimental and there are no guarantees. There are no guarantees I can get this to work and to actually pan out...I'm figuring this out too.
3. A call to action
A Hive user currently needs 5 LUV in his or her wallet in order to freely give LUV from the LUVbot. Many of you have more than 5 or more and many of you use the bot. This is great! Here's a call to action...
- share LUV via the bot to someone outside of your normal circle of users
- the goal of LUV is to spread love around the Hive blockchain, reaching out is how this will be done
- the only way for LUV to survive and thrive is through the LUV community's efforts and actions
- spreading and growing the LUV base will strengthen the LUV token all around

Notes

!LUV 1replies in one day. - Sending LUV tokens through the bot does not decrease your LUV wallet amount. The LUV is freely given from @luvshares on your behalf.
- These are the initial settings. I imagine they will be tweaked in the future.
Get LUV
- You can buy or sell LUV on Hive-Engine, TribalDex, or Leo DEX. Or you can check your current amount in the wallet in those places.
