I Needed Vitamin C
It is different now and it is unfortunate that I had come to see this and experience it for my self about this Corona pandemic simply because it affects my thoughts and feelings. Now I am not worrying about my own health anymore but also for my family too.
The corona virus is so transmissible that anyone can succumb to it especially those who are old (like my parents), have underlying medical conditions (like me), especially with chronic medical conditions (like me again).
I am just glad that I do not have any lung issues unlike in the past months where I am always like fish out of water because of the extra water in my body/lungs. But even though I was like that for months on end I still didn't catch any pneumonia or even colds for that matter. I can say that I am resistant to that effect and I just attribute it to my relative Vitamin C megadosing.
The problem is thta I do not have much vitamin C left so I am just taking the ones that I had posted before. I do not know how my body will respond to it because it is a vitamin C in a "Sodium" form and that I am used to the ascorbic acid form. But I guess that it will do the same effect for my body.
I do think that my body cannot do without vitamin C in my system and that any changes about the level can be detrimental for my resistance in particular. That is why even though I might raise my body's potassium level I am still eating fruits and I might do that especially if I will not be able to acquire any vitamin C supply.
You can tell me that I can get it from fruits and vegetables but of course the tablet form is just convenient and have a therapeutic effect in my health. Plus I cannot really indulge in eating because of my appetite issues due to my parathyroid medicine therapy.
My parents also need their vitamin C, they always eat vegetables and are health conscious too but I had seen their resistance to colds after they started their vitamin C therapy, it really made their well-being much better with regards to not getting colds anymore like me.
It is just a vitamin C issue not to mention if one of us git the freaking Corona virus because it may very well be the last time we would see each other again alive if things will go south for us. It adds to my worries and you cannot blame me because of my physical dependence to my parents and it will really suck for me if we get additional health problems. May God have mercy to my family.
