The comeback is, well, about me re-entering the Hive universe after a couple of years break.
The challenge is a 30 days writing streak like the ones you've been seeing from me here (if you're in Hive at least for 7-8 years).
And there's no bar, it just felt like a catchy title.
Now, let's take it slowly.
The Comeback
A few years ago I decided to sunset my witness node and take a step back. It was time to let other people enter the game and try to push things further.
What changed?
Nothing, related to the witness node. I still don't want to run one.
But I am back writing. You see, when I left, my social media exposure was at a top high level. I was a little bit oversubscribed, so to speak. Too much information, too little time.
Slowly, I started a detox. I traveled around and moved to Asia (first, South Korea, and latest, Vietnam). I had tons of real life interactions. I studied and launched a couple of small projects. Some of them in real life, some of them on-chain.
And now I'm at a balance point. And I miss writing.
The Challenge
If you're here for at least 7-8 years, then you might remember my 30 days writing challenges. Some of them were about onboarding new people to Hive, while others were just about anything - as long as you wrote consistently, every day, for 30 days.
Many writers on Hive have been part of those challenges. There is something about committing to something for 30 days straight. It helps in other areas of your life too, not only in the area covered by the challenge.
So, starting tomorrow I will write for 30 days on a variety of topics. What you can expect to see here? Well, pretty much everything, from politics to tech, and from fun to just life observations.
If you want to join, all you have to do is to post a link to your post in the comments. I will try to highlight some of the most interesting posts during the challenge (although I cannot guarantee that).
That's it.
Man, it feels good to be back.
