We are in May!
There is a game access sitting in all players Collection page (from our website ==> Login) which gives a playable Evacuation with the fixed Navy Starter.
This is our version C, of April 29th, with glorious space, some limitations, some fixes... but also many known issues!
People have to note that it is the early alpha days of a full game.
As a game, right now, it only gives you a playable preview.
We follow iterative steps to get to our objectives, with new versions released every few days.
May will be full of new versions!
The first new version, version D, is expected in 48 hours or so, and will add passenger interaction, dealy bullets, and Starfleet management.
The version after that, version E, will allow you to pick your own starters.
Once the situation is more stable and once EVAC has all features, you will also receive rewards, such as Experience gain, Evacuation loot and of course, participation to our next HIVE contest - with 500+ HIVE coins to earn for yourself!
The alpha received the priority until April 30th.
But enough about it: for today I am also switching a lot of power toward our collection.
Our objectives in May are:
cards, cards, and also, making our game better!
Some Epic Characters
I will begin right away by displaying six Epic Characters.
They are all part of our booster collection.
They are also part of the special "10+ referrals" bonus.
With Manual, Speed, Courage, Cover and Tactical, she is a great pick for evacuation. She is tough and can survive most dangers. But watch over for Heroism: if this triggers, she will go berserk to save children or other innocents at the station!
Tyron speaks of reliability: during Evacuation, Discipline increases a lot chances to be Ready or at least have his comms online, and to get back fast. The rest of his skillset makes him one of the best pilots to have.
Stug means danger.
Stug means death.
This one is special as he has a wild number of specific personality traits. He can get angry, stubborn, violent, but he is deadly accurate with his bullets. And the 8 number above? it means he is Quality Level 8 (QL 8). Which is very close to some very good Legendaries.
Eliza is a great way to add 'brains' (and some good heart too!) to any crew.
She is a good leader, a good potential asset to calm citizens too, and of course, an exceptional scientist.
To speak about traits you have noticed, the Versatile trait means that unless specificied otherwise, she can join any crew: military, scientific, civilian or even criminal. Some Epic characters are versatile, giving you plenty of options.
Veteran is close to the unique keyword. It means you can only have one card of the same name in your crew.
As First Officer, Shen receives a superior training than other officers and should also be more loyal to you.
Shen is reliable, and as you can see, both trained in tactical and medical skills, and a good investigator; something useful to get your crew back together when they are all On Leave!
This one is extremely different.
Her skillset is more focused on colonization; however during EVAC she can be an exceptional asset to calm citizens, analyze them, and point at the ones to get onboard!
EXODE soon puts 42 new cards into your hands!
This speaks about some characters of our alpha collection.
The ones who experienced our Evacuation can understand something about how they will fit!
But we have been asked:
okay, but when can I play with my cards instead of the fixed Navy?
This is exactly the next step we are deploying.
Before there is a Card Opening with all your boosters, we release a Starter Opening event where you will open your packs and discover the nearly 40 unique cards currently sitting in your fixed starters.
You will be able to set up your game in the blockchain with these cards, and use them in your EVAC!
This is to happen in the next 5 days, so it's very soon, and at that time our current alpha build will also have been improved with many new features.
Galvin-4, Kilbot and Escort ships will then soon be accepted in EVAC... we are working on it!

Our website has kept the boosters at 2 USD, to allow for some time in May to explore the card collection!
Please note that EXODE is in alpha. This means we follow iterative steps and upgrades to make our game better. Every day means more features and less bugs; if you want a more final experience with more content than early alpha, you should launch to the game at the right time later in May.
Also, please note that all stats, values and traits are subject to modification during the alpha process, for reasons of balance, refinement or gameplay. The current card template will also be improved as we see fit.
