Yes, I know I said in my last post about Hive Snaps for Android that I hoped it would be the last one before an actual release, but honestly... this one is worth it.

My brother has been helping me optimize the code, improving not only performance but also — and possibly more importantly — reducing the technical debt I had been unknowingly accumulating. Yes, that is a thing. And since open sourcing this project has always been part of the plan, making it easy for others to contribute has to be a priority. So there’s that.

I have announced it a few times already, but I think this needs to be said almost daily. In fact, every day someone tells me they had no idea I was working on this, which only reinforces how much better we need to be at content discovery on Hive. But I digress.

This is part of the challenge of trying to build something while not being a big whale, I suppose. Still, I am not bothered by that reality, and so I invite you to be not bothered with me.
