Lo que se dice y lo que se hace debe estar en la misma línea, en el ámbito laboral suelen presentarse personas donde su discurso es impecable, sin embargo su comportamiento deja ver que no refleja la imagen de la cultura organización, y ni siquiera está comprometido con ella. Cuantos no hemos tenido un jefe que exige un comportamiento de los que ellos se excluyen.

Un profesional conlleva consigo una serie de hábitos y costumbres que lo ha adquirido durante toda su vida, no obstante a eso, no todo lo que uno realiza cotidianamente es correcto ante la sociedad, por lo que un profesional tiene que tener la capacidad moral e intelectual para poder diferenciar lo correcto e incorrecto de su profesión, ya que ejemplos tales como: decir buenos días, tener una sonrisa en la cara, ser solidario, ser buen compañero, son puntos que no están especificados en un código y no por eso limitan al profesional a realizarlo.
Se trata de buscar la alta calidad técnica profesional y de las normas, también busca fortalecer la profesión guiando con sus regulaciones. Busca servir al interés público con la emisión de sus normas busca que los profesionales las pongan en práctica para un mejor desarrollo de su profesión.
