It's that time of the week again when I am going to highlight what has been my favourite comment of the week. As I trundle through the streets of Hive each week I must encounter hundreds and hundreds of comments and replies. And last week I received one such reply from @zekepickleman that compelled me to shine a spotlight on both the comment and the commenter, such was the uniqueness and hilarious nature of their clever comment.
I launched this initiative last week and I would urge you guys to do the same. It's just to show some appreciation for people who have made a comment somewhere on a post that you have got a lot of value from in some way. It could be the simplest of comments that made you think long and hard or a long convoluted reply that made you smile or laugh.
It doesn't matter what the comment is or where you found it, whether on a post of yours or not, just highlight the comment and show some appreciation for it. If you do decide to post please use the tag #favouritecommentfriday, thanks.
One thing's for sure we have a lot of smart and funny people in this community. So without further ado here is my favourite comment of the week and it comes from the inimitable and very community spirited @shadowspub.
Now that's the type of comment that plants a little seed of wisdom in the mind and thank you @shadowspub for that comment. It's the kind of knowledge and stimulus we all need in our lives.
