Today definitely feels like a Thursday, yesterday felt like a Tuesday and Tuesday felt more like a Wednesday. If that does not make sense then you are just weird.
I guess we are all Hive for the money right, because it sure can't be for the likeminded love of good content. That would be like people saying they use X or Facebook because of all the lovely connections.
It is a given though, not judgement or anything. Just a simple given on any platform you are, there is something beyond the main action that is the main things that draws a person in.
Not that it does not get muddy, many would by now be obsessed with the fact that we are all here for the money. Meh, I don't care. It is partially true for anyone so chew on it.
It is though the part of all these platforms that tend to baffle me. I remember when TikTok started and I did not really understand why, but then it turns out they can make money there. I was like "Whaaat?" and I have still never used TikTok and I am over Twitter and can't remember if I have a Facegrimoire.
But I am the type that is pretty naive about all these things, that is why I like Hive, it is straightforward, well aside from the colluding between all levels of accounts, but it is straightforward. You make some content, you get some money, you comment more and be all agreeable, you get more money, you find the single thing to yap about in over two-hundred-thousand-words and you proceed to say the same thing but slightly different for years to come. This makes you a guru, then you wiggle in with the biggest groups handing out funds for people who will only see the good in them obviously offset with some slightly contrasting views but those are just some jabs between friends.
It is straightforward.
On the other hand making money on the real internet is such a mindfuck. It is basically this:
