I am in a business of making phone calls almost everyday.
Lately most phone calls are going through mobile phone.
Few people in their house have fixed phone. Just like cable cutters,
everyone has a cellphone. We think we need one to stay connected.
Through the evolution of texting and the internet, few people talk to each other.
A lot easier to grab the phone and push a text through.
With the arrival of #lockdown and all of a sudden we are more caring for each other
more phone calls are going through.
It could be more time in our hands as well.
When we think this connection was disseminated it has revived.
I received many phone calls
as well from people I called regularly.
They are asking for my well being.
Truly they care just like I showed care.
In the meantime the phone companies were focused on internet. 5G is the best thing right now.
With this pandemic, it is a lot easier to reach out and hear a beloved voice.
Tomorrow I am invited to one thing I did not think I will witness. A wedding on zoom.
We are changing and adapting really fast. We love to connect and again a phone system with
video.
They are many ways to see each other like #facetime and all. Lately everyone feels the need
since time is in our hand. Connected through social media is a good way to check on friends.
#hive gives us a good way to write and express ourselves.
#twitter is another one the world is using to stay connected.
I am not surprised the phone call is back and it will always be around. Just a phone call can change
and make someone feel the love you have in your heart.
Unfortunately writing a letter is not appropriate for the time being, hearing someone voice is monumental
for the change we will face.
