This thing of attempting to please well funded accounts in the hope of getting some acceptance and a few scraps from the voting pool is fully understandable.
But it's a bit like working in a brothel when we end up not posting what we want to say for fear of being ostracized. We end up basically sucking dicks for upvotes.
Getting payouts of not very much can be discouraging, but what if we embrace zero and become zero. Would that give us freedom to post what we want?
There are multiple accounts on Hive posting the same old shit day in day out, getting hundreds of votes every time, and payouts that go way beyond what the posts actually deserve. And it's not a good look. Meanwhile there are other accounts doing really good posts getting no rewards to speak of at all.
Revolution comes in many forms - would one way be to just turn of the rewards and not give a fuck?
