Hive Cebu Bloggers Community Engager for the Month of November

Good day, Hivers!; This will be the first of many features in the Hive Cebu Bloggers Community in terms of engagement and genuine feedbacks to blogs.

Importance of Engagement

Engagement is all about creating connections and relationships within the Hive ecosystem, reading posts in a consistent manner, upvoting, reblogging, and leaving genuine feedback in posts of fellow Hivers.

Engagement is one of the if not, the most crucial thing to stay consistent at on Hive. It allows one to create authentic relationships with fellow Hivers without meeting them personally. Engaging with users is also the thing that powers Hive and keeps it up and running. Without engagement with Hivers, the Hive ecosystem could not possibly stay up for too long and simply get destroyed within.

It’s also super important to keep in mind that engaging and commenting on blog posts does not mean spamming “great post” or “great read” on every single article; it’s all about taking the time to read and give feedback and connecting with the author.

Hive Cebu Bloggers Community Engager of the Month

A member of the Hive Cebu Bloggers Community clearly understands this concept and has engaged consistently since his start on July 27, 2021. He has been actively posting high-quality posts regarding solo traveling and showcasing the beauty of Cebu.

@asasiklause has posted 238 genuine comments (comments over 30 words in length) over one month of November, averaging up to eight genuine comments per day. With this level of engagement, he has been recognized as one of the top engagers of @hivecebubloggers community.

If you don’t follow @asasiklause, you’re missing out on witnessing some of the most beautiful spots in Cebu; with his high understanding of photography, his pictures make you feel like you’re going on an adventure with him!

He also advocates for wellness by pairing up his super healthy diet with regular yoga to destress from the hustle and bustle of life.

Asasiklause is both active online and offline. He always makes efforts to join the founder of the Hive Cebu Blogger Community, Ms. Gilaine (@purepinay), and the community leaders in hosting and preparing for Hive celebration events, such as our recent collaborations with Chef Kristel, and currently, the Hive Cebu Bloggers Christmas Party celebration.

Lastly, he is an excellent mentor to the HCBC newbies, guiding them to the do’s and don'ts on Hive and teaching them the proper tagging of communities. He received a special award, 400pesos cash from @purepinay during the Hive Christmas party held last December 11, 2021.
