And all of a sudden it was morning! Of course I set up the alarm. Life is probability management and oversleeping was not an option when I had such a cool venue waiting for me. So... stretch, shower, breakfast and here I go!
Conference day 2 at the Diocletian Palace
The hard part was not being able to stop everywhere like a proper turist because I wanted to be there in time for the opening. I saw @growandbow and some Hiveians also trying to find the exact place and followed them. We knew it was underground...
And what a place it is! HiveFest is this, you know? We can be in super-posh-gourmet-exlusive venue one and then move to a completely different place... and we all love it! The cellar is imponent with wide walls, high ceilings and strong columns... very Roman indeed.
After a speech by the Emperor himself, the conference talks began. Diversified, fun and useful.
At some point things got complicated...
... but they were not bad people, they were just thirsty. We all were... and everything can be solved with beerplomacy. Good thing @detlev was around to save the day.
That was the end of the presentations and from that moment on it was...
...(even more) Party Time
Just outside was @ssekulji and the Hive Rally Car. I was kinda excited to watch it live and there it was VVVRRRRUUUMMMM VVVVRRRRUUUUMMMMM.

A cozy place with great coffee (and good breakfast I was told) who was now accepting HBD. You know the drill: x accepts HBD; Hiveians flock to x.
We stayed there for a while. @vaultec showed us (again) an easy-peasy way to buy HIVE with ETH. I spoke mostly to @ervin-lemark, who I almost met personally a couple of years ago. It didn't happen back then, but it was meant to happen in HiveFest 🤜🤛
It was dinner time and we joined other Hiveians in the Bistro Aquarelle. I ordered a Pizza Burrata that was very good. Very very good!
In the end I was happy but so full I was almost feeling bad. And what should one do in such situation?
Find a bar with draft beer!
Luckily Leopold's Craft Beer Bar was right around the corner!
@jeffjagoe and @detlev were already there 💪 and soon after some Hiveians arrived! It was a fun night with music and good conversations.
