Hey Raiders,
I’ve been working hard behind the scenes to bring a fresh batch of updates to Idle Raiders. This post covers everything I’ve added, tweaked, and reworked over the past few days—including two new buildings, major raid adjustments, and some big features coming soon.
Let’s dive in.
🏗️ New Buildings Added
I've expanded the Building System with two new structures designed to add more depth and utility:
🛡️ Heroes Keep
- Purpose: A place for heroes to rest after raids. Starts with 3 charges.
- Effect: Spend 1 charge to instantly remove a hero’s cooldown.
- Mechanic: Every 2 upgrades adds +1 max charge.
- Example: Lv1: 3 charges | Lv2: 4 charges | Lv4: 5 charges
- 💡 Great for speeding up raid recovery and keeping your best heroes active.
💰 Vault
Purpose: Adds daily limits for token transfers and withdrawals between players.
Effect: Unlocks trading when you stake three Level 3 heroes in the Vault.
Mechanic:
- 25% of a hero’s level-up cost is added to your daily transfer limit.
- Staking more heroes increases the limit based on rarity and level.
Examples:
- Leveling to Lv2 costs 1000 $RAID → +250 to limit
- Common Lv3: +2500 | Rare: +5000 | Epic: +15,000 | Legendary: +30,000
💡 Build and stake to grow your daily trade cap.
🤝 Referral System
You can now refer friends and earn rewards:
- Anyone who joins using your referral code gives you 5000 $RAID tokens.
- No limits, invite as many as you want.
🔥 Mass Hero Burning
I’ve added the option to burn multiple heroes at once, making roster cleanup way easier. A small quality-of-life change, but a satisfying one.
🗺️ Raid System Rework
To make raids more strategic and meaningful:
- Dungeon Raids: Now limited to 3 per dungeon.
- Boss Raids: Each player can now only raid once per boss.
This prevents raid spam and encourages more thoughtful team building.
💸 Rebalanced Earnings
To keep the game economy in check, I’ve adjusted the earnings:
- RAID Token rewards: 0.1 → 0.005 per DPS
- Shards: 1 per 100,000 damage → 0.2 shards
This helps with scaling and prevents inflation as players grow stronger.
📝 Cleaner History Logs
History logs have been cleaned up for better readability. You’ll now have an easier time tracking raids, burns, and transactions.
🧹 Data Reset This Weekend
Just a heads up—I’ll be doing a full data reset this weekend. This is necessary to apply all the changes properly and ensure everything works smoothly moving forward.
🛡️⚔️ Coming Soon: Guilds & Arena
I’ve started working on Guilds and an Arena PvP mode, which I’m hoping to finish within the next two weeks.
- Guilds: Team up with other players, share progress, and earn bonuses.
- Arena: Test your squads against others in competitive battles.
