I myself cancel power-down before 1st and will power-up with some hive and share the blog with screen shots on 1st of August

STEPS :

Check my working steps below
Start with Face shape using Pencil Tool

Draw body parts using pencil tool

Create other hand and leg for him

Create eyes, nose etc

Coloured my Kid character

Trying to draw background with two steps and wall with Banner

Coloured the background and put my signature :)
