Day before yesterday I made Apple Cupcake. And now what I did is Banana Cupcake, the ingredients in making Banana Cupcake are just the same as Apple Cupcake. Their only difference is their taste. Well, As usual with my daughter back in baking a Cupcake and this time, she combines the ingredients I have prepared, so she feels how hard it is to mix the flour.

So, instead of stopping, she enjoyed the mixing of ingredients. But when I combined the dry and the wet ingredients, she gave up. And she said,
Daddy... Help please... I can not... It's hard... My arm is tired...
Ting! Ting!! (bell is ringing...) I won! Hahaha... I knew it! I know she will call me for help. Mixing of dry and wet ingredients is not easy! Once you combine it and mix it together, it will slowly become lumpy. And then the hard mixing of each ingredient begins.
My Ingredients is...

- 1 1/2 Cup of Flour
- 1 Cup of Sugar
- 5ml of Baking Soda
- 5ml of Baking Powder
- 2 Egg
- 1/2 cup of Vegetable oil
- Pinch of salt
- 1 Cup of Ripe Banana
My instruction...

- Combine dry ingredients prepared. The flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, and baking soda in a container; mix thoroughly with dry ingredients until they are distributed equally.
- Combine some ingredients in a bowl. The eggs, cooking oil, and mashed banana and mix well. Then pour into dry ingredients and mix well until a batter is formed.
- Prepare the apple cupcake mold. In each mold, pour up to only half the batter formed.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit then bake the mixture for just 25 to 30 minutes maximum.
- Remove the cupcake from the oven then allow to cool down for a minute. Share and Enjoy! (_)
Finish Product...
