It's been a while since we had a project!
Granted, everything is a project. But this is one I've been wanting to do for a long time now.
Driving home from work this morning I noticed some pallets by a dumpster at a church downtown. I stopped and asked someone that was entering the church if they were trash and she told me I'd have to ask someone in the office and that they opened in half an hour.
I went back and asked if they were trash and they said "yes, please take em so they're out of our way!" Deal!
Eight of em, and most are in great shape! The best ones will be used as a stand for our water tote. A little homestead water tower to get our tote above the highest point in the yard. The rest will go towards starting a playground for the kiddos.
It's good to have a project again, the prospect is helping me get out of this little rut I'm in the last few days. I'll be sure and post when I've made the tower, it'll be a fun thing to do this weekend :)
Be blessed.
Be fruitful.
Stay relevant.
Nate.
