SIMPLE SOLAR SETUP

These Equipment parts are described below

The above panel itself (100W Solar Panel) when in the sun generates energy which is connected to the PMW Charger Controller.
The (PMW Charger Controller) is the brain of the system it monitors the charge coming from the panel and allows energy to go to the (12V Deep Cell Battery)and turns the energy on to charge the battery when needed if it is low and shuts the energy off when the battery is full.
The (12V Deep Cell Battery) retains energy to be delivered to the (12V Power Inverter).
The (12V Power Inverter) is a unit that converts the 12V energy from the battery. On the right side of the unit which can not be seen in the diagram are 110V outlets used in homes. Some also have USB outlets for laptop and cell phone chargeing.

Uses for this system

After seeing the problems on the west coast this year with fires and floods this would be perfect for a car or van emergency vehicle. If you had to get you and your family out in a hurry and all hotels ect were filled this type of setup with a water and dry food storage, and a small propane stove would save you from a lot of panic..
