When you are sleeping, your subconsciousness is very open and it could be reprogrammed. All you have to do is turn on a hypnosis recording and go to sleep.
I have been doing this for a long time now and I can assure you, this does rewire your brain over time. The more you do this, the more results you will see.
You enter hypnosis every day in your life and you might not even notice it at all. Let's say you're watching TV, you're fully relaxed and you're very into the show. You enter a state of trance and you become very suggestible. It becomes easier to plant something in your head.
That's why when you're sleeping it's rather easy to reprogram yourself.
Of course hypnotherapy is not only used while you're sleeping. You can take sessions of hypnosis or just use a recording and lay in your bed to relax for 30-40 minutes.
I used to do this at first but I think sleep hypnosis is more effective since I use recordings of 8 hours hypnosis while I sleep. And you are much much more suggestible while you're asleep.
There's a lot of ways that hypnosis could help you. For example, it can help you lose weight, quit smoking, change your diet, attract wealth, attract relationships/love, cure insomnia and many more things.
I recommend you to try hypnosis either while you're awake or sleeping. Do it for at least a month and track your results, to see if it's working for you.
