In my new initiative I share selected new Steemians' Introduceyourself posts with my 3600 followers, upvote them 100% and share their post for greater visibility. I also pledge the SBD payout from these posts to these new Steemians. I encourage others to join in, using the #ians tag in order for me to compile my weekly reports.
I love how this initiative is encourages other Steemians into sharing and introducing new members to the community. This week's roundup is as follows.

Thanks to everyone who took part in the #ians initiative this week. If you want to get involved, all you have to do is to write a post about a new Steemian, sharing their #introduceyourself post. Most users also pledge to send the SBD earned from their posts to the new members upon payout - although this is just a suggestion, in no way compulsory.
To be featured in one of these weekly roundup posts, use the #ians tag on your post. PLEASE NOTE: I have noticed several users blindly using this tag for posts other than their intention. This will not get upvotes or get them featured in these posts and will result in me muting the users in question.
