After a successful private sale, which allowed us to reach our softcap in only 2 hours, our ICO has come to an end with 8 649 977 million DAN tokens sold.
Despite the capricious market in the recent months, we are happy to announce that our token sale was a great success, thanks to 1581 backers.
We owe this success to our community’s overwhelming support and trust. We couldn’t have achieved this goal without our investors and, of course, without our wise advisors and their precious insights. We’re moving forward with full confidence in the future of the project and its development.

We had to make a decision regarding the unsold tokens, here is a little retrospective about the new token distribution:

Here is the balance sheet of our sale: we sold 8 649 977 DAN tokens during ICO. Let’s calculate the amount of unsold tokens (regarding crowdsales supply, total sold during ICO and total sold during presale) :
60 000 000-(8 649 977+217 888) = 51 132 135 unsold tokens
We have spent time reflecting on how to offer the best token distribution after the sale in regards to several important criteria. We have concluded that we will burn 60% of all the unsold tokens and redistribute 40% of them proportionally to all our investors. So with the final figures: for 51 132 135 unsold tokens, 30 679 281 (60%) tokens will be burnt and 20 452 854 (40%) will be distributed.
So, how many DANs will you receive?
For 100 DANs bought (including your bonus), you will have 236.44 DANs redistributed, so your new total will be 336.44 DANs. So, if you want to calculate your new total, you multiply your DANs by 3.3644.
This new distribution model has many advantages:
The burning process reduces the total supply on the market and potentially contribute to an appreciation of the token price
This new distribution model allows our community to continue to dominate the market, jointly holding 56% of all tokens.
With the redistribution, investors sustain their value by receiving more tokens on their initial investment.
This new distribution model guarantee the liquidity on the market and the scalability of the project as our token will be the only way to subscribe and use Daneel’s service.

Here are the next steps:
Token distribution
All tokens will be distributed within 3 weeks, counting from the date of the end of the ICO. You will receive your DANs in your ERC20 wallet. The DAN token will be automatically recognized on MyEtherWallet and imToken. Check that you have entered a valid ETH address on your profile. We will communicate about the process in detail in a future article.

Following the end of our ICO, we have redesigned Daneel’s website with a main focus on the presentation of our solution and vision. As you might know, we were in discussion with many exchanges. We will announce the first one to list our token by next month. We can already say that it is one of the largest exchanges of the market. Other exchanges will follow…
Team development
As the ICO is now closed, we must focus on the development of our company. The team will evolve and some service agents will leave the company as they were mobilized for the duration of the ICO. We are now launching our recruitment campaign to enhance our team with new talent : our main goal is to focus on product development. We are already in discussion with major advisors in the crypto sphere and fintech.
Product development
We will keep you updated about the product evolution on a regular basis. We expect to deliver the iOS and Android apps to the respective stores by Q4 this year.
