Hi all, I am a mechanical engineer from Hong Kong and know nothing about IT. I have invested in crypto for half a year and I have an idea of ICO that aims at narrowing the discrepancy between rich and poor in the world, at the same time may lower the unemployment rate in several countries. I want to have a try and make it come true, and none of my friends knows what's going on with crypto. Anyone could advice?
