Hello steemians! Below you can see my communication history with support team of ico365.com - chineese site for token sales. I haven't any hope stayed in being heard, so I thougth that bringing it to Steem will help other users not to loose their money as I did.

I've failed to pass verification. The site says 'Documents are vague', which is google-translated. Even if I choose english version of the site ico365.com at least half of the text stays in Chinese, it is nightmare for those who don't know this language.
So help me please pass your verifiction! For unknown reason (bugs?) I can't reupload my docs and reset my personal info. On every time I try to click on submit button, the error is shown 'Incomplete personal info'.

Hello! Thanks for answering.
My username on ico365.com is everythink, but in the right-upper corner of the site I see ico_zxy3, so I don't know for sure which of these two is correct.
I've attached more detailed scan of my passport. Also I've seen an error in my identity information, but, as I wrote earlier, I can't change it. My birthday is 1x xxx 19xx, and not 1x.0x.2017.

Hello every(any)body! For more than two weeks 'techincal support' of ico365.com does nothing to solve my problem - all my funds are actually blocked and frozen. I think I should start an antimarketing campaign of ico365 in social media so that other people better stay away of this site.
