Main Argument: An idea can be a mere illusion or become the social norm of the society only by how it gets progressed.
As it was first coined by Max Weber, that conceptual psychology is the foundation of all movements, I argue that ideas have the most potential to bring up the social movements that can't be ignored.
Here are my arguments...
- All actions drive from ideas that are shaped by us, being the mover of all causes that we perceive.
- e.g. when the bourgeoisie took over the power from the aristocratic French government, they had the idea of the majority that made their actions legitimate: the ideology of democracy.
- e.g. the idea of simpleness, or the concept of minimalism, was the key strategy of Apple that made its products not only look unique but also grab 'the wider audience'.
- Some like Karl Marx argued that materials are the core aspect of democracy, but I can only agree on how powerful materials can be, not on the idea that the authority of materials is more powerful than the authority of ideas.
- i.e. even the concept of materials came from the idea of exchange.
- i.e. materials can be the motivation of any actions, but ideas can be the intuition of any actions.
- i.e. the enforcement led by materials can only survive when it is compromised by the enforcement led by ideas; i.e. politics, where the authorities of ideas belong, can involve when the monopoly is perceived in certain economic areas; e.g. Tesla working with the government; e.g. Amazon having a hard time with the government.
