Narrated by Jabir (R), the Prophet (peace be upon him) said, "O Allah, I seek good from you by your knowledge. I wish you with power through your power and wish you great grace. The Prophet (peace be upon him) used to consult with his companions in more detail. Abu Huraira (ra) narrated, he said, "I am the Messenger did not see anyone else of his companions to consult more with." (Tirmidhi: 1714; Baihaqi: 19280)
Hasan Basri (R) said, "There are three types of people in the person: some people are full personality, some people are half personality and some people are completely personless. The person with full personality is the one who can make a decision and even consult. He is half-human, who can decide but does not consult. He is the personality of the person who can make decisions without consulting others do not. "(Shihabuddin abasihi, al-musatataripha fee kulli musatayaripha: 1166)
But with whom to consult, his duty is to protect faithfulness. He will not hide any wrongdoing as he does, and do not make any such mistake as he does not say. And of course do not tell anyone about this advice.

In another Hadith it is narrated from Abu Huraira that he said, "I was with the Prophet (pbuh). Meanwhile, a man came to him and said that he married an Ansari girl. Then the Prophet (সা) asked him, 'Have you seen him?' He said, no. He said, go and look at him. Because there is something in the eyes of the Ansari (the problem). "(Muslim: 3550)
- Permission granted by a woman to marriage It is very important to get the consent of a woman in marriage. It is inappropriate for a woman to take her opinion on the marriage decision and her father or the acquittals to go beyond his will.
Muhammad (pbuh) said, "A woman who had got married before, the right to decide on her marriage is more than her father or guardian and it is necessary to get permission from a virgin girl's marriage, (but she is silent)." (Bukhari and Muslim)
Intercourse or outside intercourse Before a marriage, a woman can contact the person offering the marriage proposal through mobile, letter or email, but only to discuss the marriage contract or terms and to communicate it must be in the sense of feeling and emotions . Note that this communication should be done with the consent of both the parent or guardian. Besides, it is totally forbidden to go out with the proposer before going to the wedding, traveling or staying in solitary confinement. Because, until the marriage is over, the man is none of them, until their marriage is complete.
When a woman does not offer any other proposal during the wedding, she is forbidden from the Shari'ah to offer a marriage proposal to a woman when she is getting married for some other time or when a woman is married to someone else. But if the first proponent permits or withdraws the marriage proposal, then the second can offer the woman a marriage proposal.
According to Sahih Muslim, Muhammad (pbuh) said, "A believer is the brother of another believer. So when buying a brother, a brother has to pay more than the other brother or a brother proposes a woman (marriage), then the other brother's proposal (marriage) is forbidden, unless he permits him. "
According to Bukhari Sharif, Muhammad (pbuh) said, "Do not offer another marriage proposal to marriage, unless he withdraws the marriage proposal or permits him (to offer marriage)."
- It should not be rejected if a proposal from a suitable vessel is not rejected by the proposal of a vessel. Muhammad (pbuh) has asked about this.
Narrated by Abu Huraira, he said, the Messenger of Allah said, "If someone proposes marriage to you, whose goodness and character you are content with, you will marry him. If you do not, then there will be anarchy in the world. "(Tirmidhi: 1084)
