Easy to changing the language of steemit apps (its so simple procedure)

#Expected behavior:
if we change the language all the detail of any option in setting menu will also be change to selected language. this trick helps a lot for the new beginner user. but

#Actual behavior:
when we change the language. it does not change the internal detail of information related to any specific option, without Restarting it.

how to change it:

1. open app
2. go to setting and click the language option for changing language.
3. click on save button.
