The last period of my life has been extremely busy. Missed week 20's post and managing only to get one of each activity in per week is okay but not ideal for rapid progression. Nonetheless I hit a halfway mark towards my goal.
No time to celebrate yet, I am strategizing a new routine that will allow me a more aggressive training schedule in the coming weeks.
