लेकिन आजकल लोग स्थानीय स्तर पर पसंद करते हैं। बाजरे की रोटी भी स्वादिष्ट लगती है। और हम बाजरा पर अपने जानवरों को खिलते हैं। क्योंकि वह हमेशा पेट भर खाता है। बाजरा केवल पाचन क्रिया को ठीक रखता है। और अन्य बीमारियों को दूर रखता है।
बाजरे की खेती प्रमुख फसलों में से एक है। हम लंबे समय से ऐसा कर रहे हैं। अंकुर हमेशा अच्छी उपज है। बाजरे में विशेष गुण पाए जाते हैं।
