Now let see the list of the ingredients:
- Boiled potatoes : 3-4 pieces
- Oil: 1 tablespoon
- 1 chopped Medium Onion
- Ginger-garlic paste: 2 tablespoons
- 1 Chopped Medium size carrot
- Corn Flowers: 1/4 Cup
- 2 Chopped green chilies
- Boiled beans: 1/4 cup
- Chopped Capsicum: 3 tablespoons
- Salt: As taste
- Herbs: Half teaspoon
- Red dry pepper: Half teaspoon
- Round/Black pepper Powder: Half teaspoon
- Lemon juice: 1 teaspoon
- Bread crumb: Half cup
- Coriander leafs : As quantity
- Flour: 2 teaspoons
- Water: One or two cups of water
- Cornflower or biscuits powder 1/2 cup
Steps of the recipe:
Step 1
Heat oil in a pan and put onion in it.
Step 2
When the onion becomes red, then add garlic and ginger paste, chopped green chili and mix well.
Step 3
Now add carrots, beans, sweet corns and capsicum and cook it for 10 minutes.
Step 4
Now stir well with salt, round pepper powder, herbs, dried pepper powder, lemon juice and boiled potatoes.
Step 5
When all ingredients become smooth and gummy dough then take out the pan from stove.
Step 6
Now mix bread crumbs and coriander leaves with it.
Step 7
Paste a little oil in your hand and make some ball of the dough. Give the balls a shape as your own choice.
Step 8
Now roll the balls in floor. After that roll it in corn flakes or biscuits powder.
Step 9
Now fry the balls in medium heat until all becomes brown.
Crispy and yummy vegetable balls are ready to serve.
