- Weather AADHAAR no. Should be shared or not is become a matter of concern, recently it was also linked with right of privacy as this no. contains biometric information of individual. So to tackle this problem UIDAI ( Unique Identification Authority of India ) introduced the concept of Virtual ID to further strengthen the security and privacy.
- Once it's implemented VID can be used in place of AADHAAR no.
- VIRTUAL ID can be generated from UIDAI official site.
