All you have to do is save mobile no 9013151515 in your contact and send message COVID Certificate or Download Certificate once you send the message you will get the OTP now type the OTP in chat box. Now type 1 to download COWIN certificate. Type Menu to see all options as shown in below image. Type back to see member list registered using your mobile number.
If you see the menu option every essential thing is included from awareness to vaccination.
