Look for the odds that accompany the news, we used to do a lot of that when the Syrian crisis started. What doesn't make sense in the big picture?
In a previous post here I shared what someone noticed to be very odd in a news reported by a mainstream media outlet: ISIS asking its followers not to travel to Europe for Jihad because of the virus.
In the above post if they're talking about ISIS why do they include a picture from a street carrying a huge portrait of the Iranian late former leader Khomeini?
Similarly, Soraya Sepahpour-Ulrich, an independent researcher and writer with a focus on US foreign policy and also happens to be a scholar in studying propaganda, wrote a piece yesterday warning of the hasbara accompanying the Coronavirus and highlighted two cases: a Mexican man in Mexico sending his dog to shop for him chips he's craving, and the death of the FBI hostage said to be in Iranian custody, but Iran has no clue about him...

Hasbara Is the Israeli propaganda or as they call it: Public diplomacy in Israel, essentially pushing the propaganda that Israel only does good and everything negative shown about it is false.
