Here is some agenda items I think we should talk about. If you think there is something more to add let me know!!

1. Recruitment drive for new delegations Campaign. How best can we accomplish this, what strategy can we use, who can we approach that might like what we do. Our own IW members upping their delegation/curation trail upvoting membership drive/raising your %upvote on curation trail if already following/etc.

2. Talk over guidelines for curating/questions/concerns. I think we will leave things mostly the same in curating. Establish some kind of process for reviewing fellow InformationWar posters who are getting flagged. Why are they getting flagged? Is it more than one flag? Is there potential to reconcile the flags with the flagger? If no reconciliation what would our next steps be? Who else can we get involved for such things, there is a project that exists like @freezepeach and maybe some others(what are other projects that neutralize flagging?) A few issues have happened lately with a couple of users calling us out and or calling us to be their personal army, to be involved in fights that they either started or didn't start, and they are or the flagger are prolonging for an extended duration(with or without them trying to resolve any conflict). As it stands right now we don't really have any criteria for what to do about these things. In the past we have upvoted posts that have been flagged.

3. Establish some kind of metric that would be helpful in determining who we should curate. We kind of already have a thing for how much % of an upvote we give related IW.

4. Ideas for Graphics for YT thumbnails/more logos/IW pictures for steemit purposes/etc

5. Ideas on a standard signatures people can copy and pasted to put into their posts to help advertise us.

6. Curation Comment needs to be updated. Cutting down on words/things that we are putting in the comment. I had an idea that we should have the links go to our website for all the tutorials and helpful resources, to better promote the site. The website is where we have to have affiliate links(as per Amazon's rules). For advertising on reddit/facebook we need to point people at the website also.

7. Having a show on MSP Waves, already talked about a lot of it with @r0nd0n today on what that would be like. Looks like we could get a day or two every week where we go on there and do our show(same format as how we currently do our show, no music). I think that will help us grow and make new friends!

8. Some kind of a post that is like a "pitch" about what we do. Why we are a valuable group. What have we done. What are we doing. What are we working on.
