I have been following his work for many years. I warned the world about most (if not everything) that went wrong during COVID-19 and overall, he has been very consistent in ideology and messaging. Many "conspiracy theories" his name was attached to were eventually proven to be facts. RFK Jr. is not a full supporter of the free market. He is not entirely a communist either.
Luckily he is not in charge of the economy. His role is being the secretary of Health and Human Services. RFK Jr. has decades of consistent work trying to fight the Medical Industrial Complex. Now he has at least some power to make a difference. His latest long form interview with Tucker Carlson has many good quotes and it is a good place to get started who has not followed RFK Jr.
