I'm up-to-date now with all the drawings. I spent too long preparing a post yesterday and visiting and supporting other people's posts :D
I was feeling a bit like the little fox below which is a mixture of our dog and my fox character.
Exhausted:
I started with pencil as I feel more confident than drawing straight with ink.
The ink pen I found was too thick for my purposes and you can actually see what happened on top of the big log. If I had continued with that black ink pen, it would have made the whole drawing a lot darker; so I went back to my trusted biro - I'm okay with wishy washy.
Star ...
Again I started with a pencil drawing but this time I tried hard to use darker lines. There was a lot of crosshatching and I felt that proper black liquid ink would be better - I must find some ...
Can you spot 'it' ?
... Our Precious
Dire warnings on the news this week about tonnes of plastic in the oceans, cheap fast fashion textile waste and sticking to international temperature limits.
I was really unhappy about the knees as they're too big, but I didn't want to start it again - so much for drawing straight with ink :D.
I may revisit this drawing soon as my friend liked it and would like a copy of it. I reckon an embroidery would be good.
