Hi guys😘😘
I had a pretty long and busy day so I almost had no time to create any piece today. But I had to make this because my day would be incomplete without a piece of art😄.
On that note, here's my entry for today's Inktober theme "Injured" This was done using charcoal and pastel medium though.
I had to use these mediums because

1. I felt comfortable with them
2. I'm so tired from today's work so I needed a fast medium (ink would take me ages😄)
3. I needed a red colour to illustrate the blood

So here are the steps involved in making this drawing;

STEP 1

Using my charcoal pencil, I sketched out the figure of a lady whose face is bandaged.

STEP 2

I shaded the background with my black charcoal and used a soft red pastel to illustrate a blood from the bandage signifying that she was injured.

Then finally, I blended the background and used my charcoal pencil to add a bit darkness to some areas of the blood.

This is probably my simplest sketch recently and it looks pretty good don't you think?☺️
