So first off, I just want to give a good riddance to 2024. It was a rough year dealing with the sickness, decline, and death of my Dad. But that is now all behind us and life now needs to move forward. I have been pretty down and depressed for a bit, but feel like I am trying to lift out of it. But with all the bad, there were some good things that happened that has given me the resources and the motivation to move forward in a big way. So let's just say 2025 is going to be pretty epic!
Run-A-Muck Farms
One of the things that happened in 2024 was the sale of my family's house in the Florida Keys, which my parents named 'Casa De Run-A-Muck' back after my mom inherited it. It was the childhood home for my mother and we had it in the family since 1961. That was hard because we didn't want to sell, but were forced to because of my Dad and the cancer. They couldn't keep dealing with multiple states as far as doctors and insurance were concerned, and they couldn't enjoy themselves like they used to and do the things down there that they loved.
The sale was bitter-sweet. Bitter because of all the family memories and legacy being sold away, but sweek because it allowed them to get debt free and to set up the family hedge fund that I now run as my 'day job'. This is giving us the money and income to be able to really start the homestead farm venture that I have been wanting to do for some time now. We are loaning against one of the investment accounts and using the funds to get the farm up and running, then paying off the loans by selling options.
Being that we are using the funds from the sale of 'Casa De Run-A-Muck' to get this venture off the ground, we are setting up an LLC and naming it Run-A-Muck Farms, LLC. It's a fun name, but with a serious mindset behind it. As I run a muck around this place, I am going to be raising chickens, farming the sun for power to mine crypto, and 3D printing stuff to help myself and others grow clean, healthy, and delicious foods!
With Run-A-Muck Farms, I will be creating a new Hive account along with a new YouTube channel to make some homestead content where you can follow along with all that kind of stuff and not get it all mixed up with this account.
Run-A-Muck Mining Farm
Part of R.A.M. Farms will be the mining part that I am investing in myself. It will be separate as far as a business because all of the proceeds are going to be paid and used in the crypto economy, and I want to keep that separate from the other stuff for tax purposes, because why would anyone pay taxes on an alternative currency is beyond me.
Anyway, before I go off on that subject, let me get back to the mining part. I am getting ready to cash out some crypto profits that I have made thus-far and invest into a whole bunch of solar panels to start my solar powered mining farm. This farm will primarily be focused on mining Monero with CPUs and then using older, lower powered ASIC miners to mine DOGE and LTC. There are several types of miners that don't require an industrial style setup to run, so I am going to be focused on finding these miners on the cheap and putting them to work using power that I produce!
Silver Stacking
One goal for 2025 is to build back my silver stack to 100 oz of bullion and start selling it at trade shows as a side gig. I will only be accepting cash and crypto for payment. Of course I will be charging a premium to make something on the spread, but this gives me something to 3D print items for like custom cases and displays as well as make and sell my own bullion tubes, etc. When I sell the silver, I go buy more silver and hopefully build the stack along the way.
This is really just a 'for-fun' hustle that I can do to get me off the farm for a weekend and get out in the public. I do some website work for a regional collectibles trade show, and can get my own table for free anytime I want, so that's a bonus.
More LogicalFPV Drone Freestyle Action
Needless to say that I have fallen down the FPV drone rabbit hole and I will not be slowing up in 2025, no matter what regulations get passed! I have pretty much completed my fleet, with the exception that I need to replace my tiny whoop after crashing it into a steel barrel and killed the flight controller. @eturnerx suggested that I just get a new one and keep the other for spare parts, so this may be the way.
One piece that I am going to be adding is a new Radiomaster Pocket controller. This will be for all of my ELRS drones. This way I can get tiny whoops a lot cheaper than having to find one with crossfire, which is the radio protocol I currently have for my bigger quads.

Crypto Trading, Logical Trading Indicator, LogicSWAP
Of course I am still going to be trading. Not only am I trading options for my family hedge fund, but also trading my own crypto on DEXs ONLY! That's the key to this is that I am done using any centralized exchange that KYCs me. The only one I use is Robinhood and the only crypto transactions I do in send USDC to the account and sell for dollars. There is no capital gains tax for this. I am send it to Robinhood from a wallet that has already been linked with that account, but the USDC comes from a different address, sometimes a Simpleswap exchange from Monero, so it makes it harder for the man to track.
Logical Trading Indicator
As far as the Logical Trading Indicator, I am going to be putting the PRO version up as an INVITE-ONLY script on Tradingview very soon. I will be selling invite codes that will give you life time access to the indicator on my DEX, LogicSWAP, using USDC as the payment token.
LogicSWAP
LogicSWAP is already going through some changes. I recently created a new logo that separates it a bit from Coin-Logic so that if I ever shut that site down, LogicSWAP will be able to have it's own identity. It is a DEX aggregate that allows you to swap on Ethereum and many of the different layer 2's and side chains. There is also a Simpleswap integration so you can swap across different blockchains. I look to offer some cool opportunities and features like contests featuring leaderboards and such.
I am going to be starting a new Hive account as well as a new X account for LogicSWAP so that I can start fresh with trading only content there vs the mesh of other stuff on both my current Coin Logic X account and my this Hive account.
Hivelist and Hivecommerce
I know, I know, I have neglected poor Hivelist for some time. But that is going to change very soon. I have recently changed the way the Hivecommerce COM token payout happens, which is not via an airdrop once a month.
What I am working on is finding some great offerings for the store and really start pumping the marketing of shopping in a crypto friendly economy. I am thinking of starting to offer things like Amazon gift cards, and even silver bullion! Another expansion will be the digital education offerings that we have available for download!
I am also working on a new plugin for Woocommerce that will allow people to pay in HBD and have it automatically track the transaction and start the order processing as soon as the payment is seen. This is a work-in-progress, but it is in progress. The current system requires you to pay the Hivelist account manually, and I check it manually then begin processing the order. This will hopefully help streamline the process.
I am also wanting to revamp the classifieds and bring more attention to the e-commerce side of Hive. Hivelist was always supposed to be a 'Craigslist' for the blockchain, but to be honest, not many people use it properly. So there will be some education content being made throughout the year as well, especially with the new users coming onboard.
Wrap Up
So to wrap all this up, I have some big plans for 2025. And this time IS different because I now have the time and the resources to accomplish my goals. Now that all of the things that held me back in 2024 are over, I feel like I can now progress and move forward with my plans, and with life in general. Sure I am going to have some mourning periods from losing my Dad, but I want to honor his work ethic and legacy by getting off my ass and getting my own dream built!
But it's not all going to be about work. I am going to be focusing on my health and mindset as well. I just bought a row machine so that will help, and then getting out and doing some drone flying always does the trick! So I hope you guys help keep me motivated and accountable throughout this year! I want to see some positivity come to everyone, because after the last few years, we all need a fucking break, lol!
