I know many people after dinner lays on bed and wait for hours to get sleep. It became natural to scroll through the Internet feed at least for one hour to get the heavenly sleep. As the time goes this scrolling time increases and make up to 2 to 3 hours spending on Internet with out actually gaining nothing.
This also causes the eye problems specially Ptosis or one of the eyes becoming abnormal than other.

As once I am also insomniac who struggle alot to have a sound sleep every night. Then I strictly want to rid of this problem and want to do what ever it takes. I want my sleep back. Because a good sleep definetly effects alot your next day too. If you are sleeping well, the activeness and positivity will boost your energy .
Here I want to suggest the tips to get happy sleep every day from my own experience.
Wake up Early.
Yes, if you wake up early like in the morning, body will definitely exhausts by the time 9 or 10 and will indicates you to have sleep.
Exercise a lot.
This is really helpful and I know many people just don't do exercise stating gym facility or bills.
As the quote from my one of the favorite movie, Wolf of wall street states, ( Leo and Martin fans, lets have a party) the only thing you and our failure is The only thing standing between you and your goal is the bullshit story you keep telling yourself as to why you can't achieve it.
So if you can't go to gym, at least run, run till your skin is soaked in sweat.
Unfollow the unsupported.
You follow million things on Internet which will no benefit to your life. If you going to sleep and opened the Internet the updates/news bout them will not stop and takes you to trips which are unproductive
Most of the Internet is filled with hatred and why you have to think about it when you want to have peaceful night on your costly mattress.
Slience
Listening too heavy rock or EDM doesn't get you to sleep. It disturbs the process of calming your senses. Listen to low music or I can avoid music. I understand suddenly jumping in to bed and doing nothing will causes boredom. But, wait you are on bed have sleep, absolutely for it. So wait or to be creative sing a song on your self in low voice. Definitely it works.
So even you check the Internet, it will be related to the important and productive. It also takes lesser time than usual .
