The decisions we make everyday determines how far we go in life. Our situations do not change by themselves; our choices and our decisions change them! In life, we have a lot of choices to and it is quite clear that whatever choice or action we take, we also choose its consequences as well.
Someone said that decisions determine destiny. Another person said that decisions are crucial matters, and once we make them they turn around to make us. A sage once said, "Two paths forked in the woods, I took the less traveled and that has made all the difference."
We come to several crossroads in the course of life's travels. A noted writer encapsulated this abiding dilemma of choice in poetic parlance when one of the characters in his book ruminated aloud: "To be or not to be, that is the question." Our choices are our responsibility and we need to ensure that we make the right decisions.
Whichever way, the choice is yours; you are personally responsible for the decisions you make. John Maxwell said that before you can make a wise decision, you need to understand the background of your situation. He noted: "The wrong decision at the wrong time will lead to disaster. The wrong decision at the right time is a mistake. The right decision at the wrong time is unacceptable. The right decision at the right tie will lead to success."
Someone else said that life is what happens to you after you have made your decisions. And in many of life's decisions, knowledge determines our choices. Therefore your knowledge should guide your decision-making.
