Robert Downey Jr. Was born on 4th april ,1965 in Manhattan,new york city.His father Robert Downey Sr. was a filmmaker, and his mother Elsie Ann was an actress.Acctually in his childhood his mother elsie had been inspired him to be an actor,day by day child Robert was getting interested in acting. So he had started acting as a child actor at 5Years old. His first film was “POUND" which was made by his father in 1970.Farther he had acted many other short character in his father's films.
His father Robert Downey Sr. Used to be a drug addict and he gave “marijuana” to his son Robert Jr when he was only 6years old. Robert was a child and he had no idea about drugs and its effectiveness. So he had started taking drugs and when he became 8years old he got addicted to drugs vary badly as like his father. After that his parents got divorced, Robert shifted in Los Angeles with his father.But after some years he came back in New York to stay with his mother when he was 16years old.
He got entered into the film industry again and work in many film from 1983 to 1990. In this time period he was trying to overcome his drug addiction but he failed. Day by day his career in Hollywood was going ahead and he was grating popularity in media as a excellent Hollywood actor.His Hollywood movie “Soap Dish" and “Short Cuts" was very successful movie. In 1992 he was nominated for “OSCAR" for his acting in “Chaplin” movie.
At this time he got vary famous in all over the world. If we say that acting was a god gifted talent of robert then it will be injustice to him, because he had been worked vary hard for it. In 1992 he got married with Deborah Falconer(she was an actress as well as a American musician).
After 3 years of his marriage he had arrested for involvement in a drugs related issue and had been put in jail for 1year.During this period the other prisoners were used to beat him so badly.
Heans when he came back from jail his wife Deborah Falconer had sended him divorce notice. This phase of his life was the hardest time to survive but we all know he was brave enough to handle all those things. From 2004 his life had taken a new turn when he mate with Susan Nicole. He had fallen love with Susan and proposed her, but Susan had a demand to be with Robert that he had to choose either Susen or drugs.
Now Robert had chosen Susen. In 2005 Robert got married with Susan and was trying again vary hard to overcome from drug addiction. But this time he started recover day by day. At the end he said good bye to the drug addiction and became a normal man. That was not easy to Robert but his bravery , self believe and love for susan was make it possible. In between all those things he worked in many Hollywood movies but the most luckiest or important time of his life was when he got an opportunity to play the roll of tony stark in “Iron Man" movie. After playing this roll he became a box office star and a super hit Hollywood actor. He got so much love from the world. After that his each and every movies were smashed the box office.
