This rare phenomenon is known as counter-peristalsis contraction. Usually occurs when the second egg begins to form before the first egg comes out of the reproductive system of the hen.
In that case, the new oocyte (the part of the egg that turns yolk) moves through the oviduct of the chicken egg, then collects the membrane and albumen (white part).
If a fully formed egg returns into the fallopian tubes of the chicken uterus, the still-formed white part of the egg will gather around it.
According to the video uploader, no one was brave enough to eat the egg.
But the eggs are not then discarded. Although no one wants to eat it, it can be used to make a traditional hair conditioner.
