Hello steemins!! Here is a simple introduction of a small “phenom”, I will say say am quite new here because I haven’t learn much about what this platform is all about. Am Abdulsamad Toluwalope (All thanks to God, The Eternal; that’s the meaning of my name) but my nickname is “Phenom” meaning a star, talented, unusually gifted person. I was born in Ibadan, a city in Nigeria and I reside there, high school (secondary school) graduate, am 19years old and I currenty work as a Computer Operator, Computer Graphics Artist and a Computer Engineer (above all I love all that has to do with computer technology), am a university aspirant as I looked forward to admitting in the next admission process by God's grace studying Computer Science.
As I love being on the internet all day and night, and I had came across many social media platform with the likes of 2go, facebook, instagram, whatsapp, baddoo, eskimi, snapchat, imo to mention a few, I had never seen the shadow of steemit, not even on Google, but a friend of mine introduce this platform to me last month (April), with the way he explained, my first question was that how much will I use to register, but he replied me with ‘free’. Wow! I thought, by not wasting time, I registered. I had always dream of being an owner of a website, but because I cannot afford the hosting fee, domain fee and all other expenses, I felt discouraged.
At first, all what is on my mind is about the money making he told me about, and that’s only what he told me, but on getting here, believe me I have forgotten about making money and now my focus is making friends around the globe. I have always dreamt of travelling outside my country, but felt discouraged about not knowing anyone outside Nigeria. Now I think I have friends and known some people, tbh this is the best SN platform I have ever seen and now am addicted to steemit.com, just type s on my phone/laptop’s chrome and you will see the address steemit.com.
Hello everyone once again, but I have some questions; the person who introduced me to this platform asked me not to dispose the website to everyone and I have always kept it to myself only, but why? Can someone help?
In addition, the second question is that, I always love DM friends but when is this dream of mine coming true?
Discouragement is a negative factor on earth, this brings about people commiting suicide everyday. I'll like to post much on inspiration, motivation and lots of fun.
