¡Saludos, Steemians! Es un placer para mí poder volver a esta grandiosa comunidad, en la cual lamentablemente estuve ausente aproximadamente por 2-3 meses. No saben lo ansioso que estoy de contarles todo lo que ha pasado en este tiempo, así que sin más preámbulos, ahí les va:
Los que me siguen desde hace un tiempo (y los que aún no me siguen, ¿Qué esperan? ¡Síganme!), sabrán que soy músico y me dedico “profesionalmente” a esto desde hace más de un año, laborando como músico de sesión y siendo guitarrista principal de algunas bandas, como “Indeleble” y “0293-Band”.

A partir de Junio del presente año, he estado muy ocupado trabajando con el ensamble de diversos proyectos y presentaciones importantes con mis bandas (y como sesionista), principalmente en eventos en tributo a agrupaciones nacionales e internacionales, y también las presentaciones regulares los fines de semana en los clubes locales y en eventos privados dentro o fuera de la ciudad. Esto ha consumido gran parte de mi tiempo, por lo cual he tenido que dejar de lado ciertas cosas y centrarme en trabajar con todo lo que ha ido aconteciendo.

Si bien siempre es un poco complicado tocar el tema de “vivir de la música” en cualquier país del mundo, debo confesar que me ha ido muy bien económicamente gracias a la cantidad de presentaciones que he tenido, aunque también me he apoyado con trabajos fuera del escenario: como aprendiz de luthier haciendo mantenimiento completo y restaurando algunos instrumentos de mis colegas, y como estudiante de ingeniería electrónica haciendo reparaciones pequeñas a diversos equipos (algunos de estos musicales también).

Con respecto a mi Gear, no he ido innovando mucho pero si he conseguido sacar el mejor sonido posible con lo que poseo actualmente, lo cual creo que es mucho más importante que tener mil cosas que al final nunca son realmente necesarias, apoyándome firmemente en el dicho “menos es más”. Solo pudiese destacar la inclusión de una Stagg Telecaster Vintage y las pequeñas mejoras de mi Dalck Telecaster “Carpe Diem”.

Hablando un poco de mi vida personal, siento que todo esto que ha ido pasando en los últimos meses me ha hecho crecer muchísimo, como músico y como persona. He aprendido a valorar y aprovechar el tiempo, he podido sobrellevar momentos de suma angustia, tristeza y estrés, y he logrado muchas cosas que no me creía capaz de hacer. Conocí bastante gente nueva, muchísima… ¡demasiada! Y hoy en día tengo la dicha de que se han convertido en mis colegas, mis compañeros de banda, algunos en mi público más fiel y otros en mis amigos más sinceros y cercanos. Si están leyendo esto, quiero que sepan que ¡los quiero mucho a todos!

Ha sido un año bastante duro, no puedo negarlo, ¡pero vaya que lo he disfrutado! Aunque aún no estoy del todo libre, pienso volver a postear normalmente en Steemit muy pronto. Quería mantenerlos a todos al tanto del motivo de mi desaparición repentina de esta comunidad y aprovechar la oportunidad de contarles un poco de lo que se vendrá:
Tengo planes de volver al Open Mic de @luzcypher, esta vez tocando otros instrumentos aparte de la guitarra, ¡y cantando! Y claro, acompañándome de ciertos invitados especiales, asi que estén al pendiente. También estoy pensando en realizar algunos tutoriales y contenido de calidad con respecto a música, instrumentos, producción musical, electrónica, Gear, etc. Y por último, pero no menos importante, probablemente también este subiendo a la plataforma contenido original de mi autoría y de mi banda “Indeleble”, como canciones originales, acompañado de sesiones fotográficas y videos musicales.

Greetings, Steemians! It is a pleasure to be able to return to this great community, in which unfortunately I was absent approximately for 2-3 months. Do not know how anxious I am to tell you everything that happened at this time, so without further ado, here goes them:
Those who have been following me for a while (and those who still do not follow me, what do they expect? Follow me!), Will know that I am a musician and I have been "professionally" involved in this for more than a year, working as a session musician and being lead guitarist for some bands, like "Indeleble" and "0293-Band".
As of June of this year, I have been very busy working with the assembly of diverse projects and important presentations with my bands (and as a sessionist), mainly in events in tribute to national and international bands, and also the regular presentations for the weekend at local clubs and at private events inside or outside the city. This has consumed much of my time, which is why I have had to put aside certain things and focus on working with everything that has been happening.
While it is always a little complicated to play the theme of "live working of music" in any country in the world, I must confess that I have done very well economically thanks to the number of presentations I have had, although I have also supported with work outside of the stage: as a luthier apprentice doing full maintenance and restoring some instruments of my colleagues, and as an electronic engineering student making small repairs to various equipment (some of these musicals as well).
About my Gear, I have not been innovating so much but I have managed to get the best possible sound with what I currently have, which I think is much more important than having a thousand things that are never really necessary in the end, supporting me firmly in the said "less is more". I could only highlight the inclusion of a Stagg Telecaster Vintage and the small improvements of my Dalck Telecaster "Carpe Diem".
Speaking a bit about my personal life, I feel that all this has happened in recent months has made me grow a lot, as a musician and as a person. I have learned to value and take advantage of time, I have been able to cope with moments of extreme anguish, sadness and stress, and I have achieved many things that I did not believe I could do. I met a lot of new people, a lot ... too many! And today I have the joy that they have become my colleagues, my bandmates, some in my most faithful audience and others in my most sincere and close friends. If you are reading this, I want you to know that I love you all!
It has been a tough year, I can not deny it, but I enjoyed it! Although I'm still not completely free, I plan to post again regularly at Steemit very soon. I wanted to keep you all aware of the reason for my sudden disappearance from this community and take the opportunity to tell you a little about what will come:
I plan to return to the Open Mic from @luzcypher, this time playing other instruments besides the guitar, and singing! And of course, accompanying me with certain special guests, so, stay tuned. I'm also thinking about doing some tutorials and quality content regarding music, instruments, music production, electronics, Gear, etc. And last, but not least, probably also uploading the platform original content of my authorship and my band "Indeleble", as original songs, accompanied by photo shoots and music videos.
