I am planning to cook some stuff, bake some stuff, review some stuff and then blog about it.
Maybe I will expand my content niche, but all I take photos of are my family and my food, so the latter is the best place to begin, I figure.
I am gluten and egg intolerant, and can only have a very specific type of dairy, so I cook and bake what I can eat. That means I write a lot of (coincidentally) vegan recipes, even though my next one will be about slow cooked pork. I will totally tag my posts with ingredients I have left out, or how I modified it.
What else can I tell you right now? Meh. Let's save the rest for dessert.
