Hello friends and friends to be on Steemit. I am looking forward to contributing hightly creative and entertaining content to this growing community.
So here is a very brief, mostly photographic, introduction to me, armadilloman (aka Timothy)
I am a "Jack of all trades" and somewhat a master of some. In my life I have been a photographer...
And I was taking complicated art selfies of myself decades before the invention of the selfie stick. So you will see lots of photos illustrating my words when I can.
And video as I have been a filmmaker, editor, and videographer, news producer...
...never feeling quite right without a camera in my hand. I have worked on content for ABCNBCESPNCBSANIMALPLANETMSBBCFOXHISTORYCHANNELCNNMILITARYCHANNEL and even Al Jazeera. Plus 20 years of corporate and training video. Heck, first project I worked on was 16mm film cutting on a flatbed editor before anyone ever heard of computer editing. I been around the film and video production block about 19 times.
I'm an avid reader and writer of fiction, information, and non-broadcast screen plays....
I am also a carpenter, craftsman and artist with leather being my current chosen medium...
...Here I am pushing the boundaries of "what is a wallet" as a part of my "Great Accessories of the Apocalypse" series of wallets, belts and hats. Hey even War Boys need to carry their debit card somewhere. I am looking forward to posting some how-tos and how I-did-that videos and posts about my art. Here is my leather work FB page: https://www.facebook.com/ArmadilloLeatherWorks/
And I have spent much happy labor being a farmer and sometimes organic market gardener...
Here I am out hanging with my Ho's. Sexy, aren't they. I know a lot about gardening and farmers markets. Too much, actually.
I have been a teacher (college and, believe it or don't, Jr High).
But best of all, I am a humourist and story teller.
And oh do I have stories to tell. Get ready for flights of imagination (fiction and truth stranger then fiction), how-tos (the teacher in me) commentary and comedy (often mixed well and indistinquishible from each other).
So, follow me!
Oh, and I have a large house cat named Wanda Petronski. She's worth an upvote if nothing else.
Being a minnow is tough! Please consider and upvote and follow and a resteem!
