Hello everyone. I'm Bud and this blog is going to focus on the subjects that are in the title. I have been raising and learning about grass fed beef that is hormone, antibiotic, and gmo free for the last 9 years. Going down this rabbit hole is what exposed me to the misinformation in nutrition and dieting in western culture. The next level was learning about the Federal Reserve, fiat money and one world government. I hope to share what I have learned with others through this blog and hopefully learn some new tips from others on these topics and many others.
