My name is Leo Malyutin. I am the Co-Founder and CEO of Colorado Digital Mining Solutions. I live in Colorado Springs, CO with my wife and 3 kids. I'm passionate about open public blockchain technology and helping make the world a more decentralized place!
I consider myself a cryptocurrency and blockchain expert. My crypto background dates back to 2015. I started out as most others, investing in Bitcoin. After learning everything I could about the power of cryptocurrencies and how they work, I decided to start a side-hustle and built a small GPU mining farm in my basement. That was in Jan 2017. Fast forward 1.5 years and the side-hustle turned into a the main hustle with a large commercial expansion of the mining farm.
Quitting my 10-year career in enterprise IT consulting was a huge leap of faith. In that career, I was able to grow from a delivery consultant at Riverbed Technology to a project manager and ultimately a Senior Director of a team of 30+ consultants and managers.
My family and I now enjoy the opt-out lifestyle with the crypto mining business generating all the passive income that we need. I look forward to sharing my insight and experience with the world though Steemit!
