Blessed day to all!😊 I'm @dearjyoce a minnow aiming to be a dolphin to be a whales. I believe everything that is worthy is not easy and everything easy is not worthy. So here in steemit, a progress is still a progress no matter how slow it is. You cannot just jump from minnows to whales. You have to work for it! Everyone is working in this community. Everyone started as a minnow and through patience, perseverance, hardwork, creativity they are now having that reputation and influence and they are earning much! It's not magic. They make some action. Don't be discourage by zero upvotes or low payouts. Though i feel that many times and want to quit. I know in myself that I have so much to learn. And making a valuable content that people can relate is a gift that need to work on too. If I cannot make post I see to it that I upvote , resteem, follow others to build relationship with other member especially the new ones like me. I know I cannot be just big time now but I believe I can do. And so do you! We make mistakes on post then suddenly we read something and tells us what to do and what's not. We are learning more in the process!

Just do your best and make sure you make it not just for yourself or earnings but also for Steemit community and you will succeed.
